To access the Apolo room, you have to present one of the following certificates issued by a public health service.

– Valid vaccination certificate (14 days have passed since the last dose)

– Certificate of negative diagnostic test (carried out in the last 72h for PCR and 48h for antigen test). The tests must be carried out in a center approved by the Generalitat de Catalunya. – Recovery certificate

You will have to prove your identity through an official document

For the Sant Jordi Club, when they are seated, they will not ask you COVID passport. However, you will need to wear the mask throughout the show, except for eating and drinking, always in your seat.

Doors open at 7pm. First concert at 8pm. You can enter even if the act has started. You can access the venue during the course of the show upon presentation of the ticket.

Currently, due to the Covid-19 prevention protocol, food is not allowed inside the premises. You can eat and drink in public spaces that have this function and there will be bar and restaurant service.

No changes or refunds are made.

In accordance with what is indicated in decree 112/2010 that regulates recreational activities and musical shows of the Generalitat de Catalunya: “Minors under 16 must be accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian”.

The places for PRM are reserved for people who can justify their condition.
When you arrive at the venue, our staff will accompany you to that place.
